A unique member benefit the Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce has is our Snow Shovel Lottery. Our Snow Shovel Lottery begins in November and ends in February. Every time there is two inches of snow on the ground, all of our members names go into a hat. After the two inches hits the ground, we draw a name, and the lucky recipient gets their sidewalks shoveled, at no charge.
